1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://maddoxfinefood.com/ (the “Site”), owned and operated by Maddox Ranch House Inc. (“Maddox Ranch House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a restaurant located at 1900 S Hwy 89, Perry, Utah 84302. By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing a gift card or other product through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

The Site provides:

  • information about Maddox Ranch House, including our menu, hours, and location;
  • a reservation feature powered by a third-party Yelp widget;
  • the ability to purchase physical gift cards and house seasoning, fulfilled and shipped by mail (gift cards are also available for purchase in person at our restaurant); and
  • a link to a separate third-party online ordering platform for placing take-out food orders.

The Site does not require account registration and does not offer user profiles, social login, content uploads, user-to-user messaging, subscriptions, or memberships.

3. Eligibility

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. By making a purchase through the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. We do not actively verify the age of visitors who are not making a purchase.

4. Orders, Payment, and Fulfillment

  • Gift card and house seasoning orders placed through the Site are processed using WooCommerce and paid for through PayPal.
  • Gift cards sold through the Site are physical cards. Once payment is received, we fulfill the order and mail the physical card to the shipping address you provide. Gift cards are also sold in person at our restaurant.
  • House seasoning purchased through the Site is likewise shipped by mail.
  • We do not sell digital downloads, subscriptions, or memberships of any kind.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate information you provide.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with a gift card or seasoning order, contact us at pr@maddoxfinefood.com or (435) 723-8545, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund at our discretion. Because we do not offer subscriptions or memberships, there is no recurring charge to cancel. If you wish to cancel a one-time order before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our name, logo, photographs, menu descriptions, text, and other materials — is owned by Maddox Ranch House Inc. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. The Site does not sell or license artwork or other content to users, and does not permit users to upload content of their own.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses or links to the following third-party services:

  • PayPal for payment processing;
  • Google Analytics for website usage analytics;
  • a Yelp-provided widget for restaurant reservations; and
  • ToGo Order (togoorder.com), linked from our “Order Online” button, for placing take-out food orders.

These third parties operate independently of Maddox Ranch House Inc., and your use of them is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party service.

8. No User-Generated Content or User Communications

The Site does not allow users to upload, post, or share content, and does not provide any feature for users to communicate with one another. Any communications with us — regarding an order, reservation, or general feedback — are one-to-one between you and Maddox Ranch House Inc.

9. No AI Features

The Site does not use artificial intelligence features of any kind. We do not collect or store user prompts, we do not use data collected through the Site to train any AI model, and we do not generate or provide any AI-generated content or outputs.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Site is provided for general informational purposes — our menu, hours, location, and reservation booking — and to facilitate the purchase of physical gift cards and house seasoning. We do not provide professional, medical, health, or financial advice through the Site, and nothing on the Site should be interpreted as such advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADDOX RANCH HOUSE INC. AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR A PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maddox Ranch House Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Copyright Complaints / DMCA

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the contact below that includes:

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
