("Maddox Ranch House," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at https://maddoxfinefood.com/ (the "Site"), and operates a restaurant and retail/take-out business at 1900 S Hwy 89, Perry, Utah 84302. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit the Site, place an order for a gift card or house seasoning, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. To fulfill a gift card or house seasoning order, we collect information such as your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details (processed by PayPal, as described below). The Site does not require you to create an account, profile, or username to make a purchase.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics automatically collects technical information such as pages viewed, time spent on the Site, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and the website that referred you to us. We do not collect information through user accounts, social media logins, usernames, or profiles, because the Site does not offer these features.

We share information with, or rely on, the following third parties solely as necessary to operate the Site and fulfill orders:

• WooCommerce — the e-commerce software platform that powers our online store.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage analytics, as described above.
• Yelp — our Reservations page uses a Yelp-provided widget so guests can book a table directly through Yelp. Information you enter into that widget is subject to Yelp's own privacy policy, not this one.
• ToGo Order (togoorder.com) — our "Order Online" link directs you to this separate third-party platform for placing take-out food orders. Information you provide there is governed by that platform's own privacy policy, not this one.

We do not use, and do not share your information with, Stripe, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, Intercom, HubSpot, Firebase, Cloudflare, Netlify, or Vercel.

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Payment Processing

All payments for gift card and seasoning purchases made through the Site are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card or PayPal account credentials on our own servers.

7. Data Retention

We retain order and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, respond to refund requests, and meet our legal and tax recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Making a purchase through the Site requires the legal capacity to enter into a contract; if you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian complete the purchase on your behalf. If we learn we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Maddox Ranch House Inc. operates a single-location restaurant business primarily serving customers in the United States, so comprehensive frameworks such as the EU/UK GDPR may not apply to our operations. 10. Geographic Scope

Our restaurant, gift card sales, and house seasoning shipments are intended for customers within the United States. We do not knowingly direct the Site, or sell products, to residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the U.S., and we make no representation that the Site is appropriate for use in other locations.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the personal information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
